Production Supervisors (Food) | £24-26K | Portadown

Vickerstock are proud to be working in partnership with one of Ireland and the UK's most successful food manufacturing clients experiencing unrivalled growth to recruit experienced Production Supervisors across various shift patterns to join their busy manufacturing facility in Portadown

Your new role as a Production Supervisor

• Plan, organise and control the entire production process within the Department
• Ensure continuing improvements in quality, efficiency, hygiene and safety
• Maintain high levels of customer service
• Build, develop and train your team

What you will need to succeed as a Production Supervisor

• You will have a proven track record within a production/manufacturing environment
• The ability to challenge existing operations and continuously look for improvements
• You will have strong problem solving, analytical and interpersonal skills

What we have to offer:

x4 Shifts Available:

Day Shift (Option 1)

• Hours: 5am - 4pm (40hr)
• Working week: Monday to Thursday
• Pay: £12.31

Day Shift (Option 2)

• Hours: 6.30am - 6.30pm or 5am - 5pm (38.5hr)
• Week 1 : Mon Tue, Fri Sat Sun

Week 2 : Wed + Thu

• Pay: £12.31 per hour + shift allowance for weekends

Night Shift (Option 3)

• Hours: 5pm - 2am (40hr)
• Working week : Monday to Friday
• Pay: £12.31 + shift allowance

Night Shift (Option 4)

• Hours: 6.30pm - 6.30am or 5pm - 5am (38.5hr)
• Week 1 : Mon Tue, Fri Sat Sun

Week 2 : Wed + Thu

• Pay: £12.31 + shift allowance
