Vickerstock are delighted to be working with a multi-disciplinary engineering and project management consultancy to recruit for the role of Principal Civil Engineer. The Belfast office of this national consultancy have been in continual growth mode over the last number of years with project and framework wins creating a wide range of opportunities within the business for both new and existing staff.
Your new role as a Principal Civil Engineer
You will join a water team that has an extensive portfolio of future projects, working alongside utility companies, contractors and developers. Projects will include water pipelines and pumping stations, wastewater treatment facilities and utility diversions. As a Principal Engineer you will lead the planning and delivery of detailed designs, ensuring proposals are in line with contract requirements.
What you will need to succeed as a Senior Civil Engineer
- A degree in Civil Engineering
- Chartered status with the ICE or IEI;
- Extensive experience in the design of Water & Wastewater projects including gravity/pressure pipelines, pumping stations, treatment facilities and RC structures;
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary project teams to deliver projects within agreed scope, timeframes and budgets;
