Vickerstock are currently recruiting for a Customer Support Advisor on a temporary ongoing basis.

As a Customer Support Advisor you will be responsible for providing an effective and high quality support for our clients customer base from incoming call handling, order taking, stock reservation, stock movement and customer complaint handling.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Build long term relationships with customers
  • Develop successful working relationships and communicate daily with account manager re any account queries
  • To receive and manage all incoming calls, sales orders and potential problems with customers
  • Keep all customers updated in regards to orders
  • Maintain stock rotation between all client sites
  • Communicate with transport planning and hauliers
  • Processing sample orders for customers
  • Raise quality complaints
  • Support and Cover Customer Team Leader

Essential Criteria:

  • Previous Customer Service experience
  • Minimum 5 GCSE's inc Maths and English
  • Previous CRM system experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent telephone manner
