Customer Services Team Leader


Vickerstock are currently assisting a marketing telecommunications company with the hire of an experienced Customer Services Representative.

The Customer Service Team Leader will be responsible for the following;

  • Guiding and managing a small team of customer service staff within a busy FMCG environment
  • Providing the first line of communication with customers, ensuring a positive customer experience through efficient, courteous, prompt service and consistent follow-up.
  • Receive, process, and verify the accuracy of customer orders utilizing the Company's CRM systems and customer purchase orders.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment and follow up to ensure resolution.

The Customer Service Representative should be able to demonstrate the following;

  • Previous customer service experience within the food sector/logistics/supply chain is essential
  • Experience of leading customer service teams
  • Excellent IT skills including use of MS Office
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to demonstrate excellent relationship building skills
