Customer Service Advisor


We are working with an established employer based in Saintfield to recruit a Customer Service Advisor. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will meet the customer's needs by being knowledgeable of all products available, providing options to satisfy those needs, and delivering the product as requested.

Your duties as a Customer Service Advisor;

  • Receive, process and verify the accuracy of customer orders
  • The maintenance of order/customer information files
  • Maintain detailed call activity reports
  • Work as part of a team to ensure the retention of the Company's customer base
  • Handling customer queries
  • Assist with monitoring business trends and opportunities

Essential Criteria:

  • 1-year minimum experience in a Customer Service role
  • Educated to minimum GCSE grade C
  • Previous experience building excellent customer relationships
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
